The short version: this is my personal site. Use it in good faith. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement, and each of my products has its own terms.
These terms apply to davidhacker.com, run by David Hacker ("I", "me"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Consulting and support work
The site describes the services I offer, such as NICE CXone work, custom software and AI and automation projects. Nothing here is a binding offer or a quote. Any paid engagement, including its scope, pricing, deliverables, confidentiality and ownership of work, is covered by a separate written agreement or statement of work, and that agreement wins if it conflicts with these terms.
My products
Projects featured here (HeyQuad, QuadFlow, QwickCert, Abe and Quads Lab) are offered through their own websites under their own terms and privacy policies. Prices and features shown here are summaries; the product's own site is the source of truth.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site: no spamming the contact form, attempting to break in or disrupt it, scraping it in bulk, or using it for anything unlawful.
What you send me
When you contact me, you confirm the information is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. Please don't send passwords, payment details or other sensitive data through the contact form. How I handle what you send is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Content and trademarks
The site's design, text, images and logos belong to me unless noted otherwise. Company names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and don't imply endorsement. Open-source projects I link to are covered by their own licenses.
Links to other sites
I link to other websites, including my own products. I'm not responsible for the content or practices of sites I don't run.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is", for general information. I try to keep things accurate and up to date but can't guarantee it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. This doesn't limit anything covered by a separate written agreement between us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they're posted here with a new date.
